With our stores located within 5 KM of most customer addresses, we offer instant delivery options along with various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD). 1.1. Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation or upon selection of the Cash on Delivery option.

1.3. Changes to Orders: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Instant Delivery: Due to our physical stores being within 5 KM of your delivery addresses, we offer Instant Delivery services. Orders will typically be delivered within 10-20 minutes or on the next day as earliest, depending on the time the order is placed.
2.2 Standard Delivery (if applicable): For customers slightly outside the 5 KM range, delivery may take up to maximum 1 business day.
2.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, including any applicable fees for Instant Delivery, will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be included in the final cost.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 Instant Delivery Time: For customers within the 5 KM range, orders will be delivered within 10-20 minutes or on the next day as earliest, depending on the time the order is placed.
3.2 Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Jivarth is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
4. Payment Options
4.1. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer a Cash on Delivery option for added convenience. You can pay for your order at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready, as the delivery agent may not have change.
4.2. Online Payment: We also accept various online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
5. Open Box Delivery
5.1 Open Box Delivery Option: For your convenience, we offer an Open Box Delivery option. You can inspect your order at the time of delivery before accepting it.
5.2 How It Works: Upon receiving your order, the delivery agent will allow you to open the package and verify the contents. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent without any additional charges.
5.3 Eligibility: The availability of Open Box Delivery will be indicated on the product page and during checkout. Not all products may qualify for this service.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
6.1 Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
6.2 Tracking Your Order: You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
7. International Shipping

9. Delivery Attempts

9.2 Reshipment: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order to you at an additional shipping cost.

10.1 P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
